Data Allowance Policy

All ConnectTo internet plans include unlimited data. There is no monthly data cap and no overage fee. We do not throttle, meter, or charge for data use in the ordinary course of service.

Reasonable use

Accounts whose traffic patterns are indicative of bulk commercial resale, abuse, or activity that materially degrades service for other customers on the same shared facility may be contacted by our support team. We will work with the customer to identify a plan that fits their usage before taking any service-affecting action.
