Who Qualifies
Get 3 neighbors signed up. We light up the whole building.
The $39.99/mo rate unlocks at any Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) where at least 3 residents sign up. Spread the word — the more neighbors commit, the sooner we run fiber to your building. Once it’s lit, every resident can subscribe at the same $39.99 rate. Individual accounts, individual billing, no HOA contract required.
- Apartment buildings — any size, from small walkups to hundreds of doors.
- Condominiums & co-ops — no HOA contract needed; each resident signs up directly.
- Triplex, fourplex & up — any MDU where 3+ residents can commit.
- Student & senior housing — secure, age-appropriate network profiles available.
- Mixed-use — commercial ground floor + residential upstairs works too.

How it works
-
1
Sign up for your unit
Two minutes, your address and contact info. We track how many neighbors at your building have signed up. If you’re #1 or #2, we put you on the list and keep you posted.
-
2
3rd sign-up unlocks the build
Once 3 residents at your building commit, our engineers confirm fiber availability and schedule the in-building install — typically 7–14 days. Every additional neighbor who signs up after that gets the same $39.99 rate.
-
3
Install & go live
One on-site visit runs fiber to every committed unit. Each resident gets a pre-configured Wi-Fi 6 gateway. Online the same day, on your own account, on your own bill.

Common questions
How does billing work — one master bill or per unit?
Every resident has their own account and pays their own $39.99 monthly bill directly to ConnectTo. There’s no master contract with the building, no HOA paperwork, and no pass-through billing. You sign up for yourself, you keep your own account — your neighbors do the same.
What does “symmetric 1 Gig” actually mean?
Equal speeds in both directions — 1,000 Mbps download and 1,000 Mbps upload. Most consumer ISPs offer 10–50 Mbps upload at similar price points; symmetric is a major advantage for video calls, cloud backup, streaming to multiple devices, and remote work.
Is the phone service really free?
Yes — every unit can activate a residential phone line at no extra cost when enrolled in the MDU plan. Unlimited domestic calling, voicemail-to-email, caller ID, and number portability included. It’s genuinely optional; nothing changes if a unit doesn’t want it.
What’s the install look like on-site?
Our engineers coordinate with your property manager on a single access window. We run fiber from the street demarc to a central in-building distribution point, then individual drops to each unit. Most buildings finish in 1–2 days; larger properties stage the install across floors.
Why 3 sign-ups per building?
Running fiber into a new building has real capital cost. Three committed residents at the same address is the threshold where the infrastructure economics work, so we can keep the rate at $39.99 per unit instead of charging a build-out fee. Once fiber is lit, every additional neighbor gets the same $39.99 rate — no extra commitments required from the residents who signed up first.
Are there any taxes or fees?
Standard federal/state/local telecom taxes and regulatory fees apply on top of the $39.99 monthly rate — exactly what’s disclosed on the FCC Broadband Facts label above. No equipment rental, no install fee, no activation charge, and no introductory-rate price hike.
